Tee shirt design; regarding librarians for readers' privacy. -via MilkMilk. Going to be on library-centric overload this week as the American Library Association (Midwinter) Conference starts this week here in Boston... I will be there Friday morning volunteering in an area called the Uncommons (a play on the term Commons that is all the rage in library design/exeperience now; literally a collaborative area, often w/ mobile furniture, no shushing needed...) that will be a sort of drop-in area with space to hold impromtu meetings with the provided A/V equipment, use wifi, recharge your gear/self etc. You can mess around with video recorders and web cams to tweet about the conference as well (#alamw10). The Uncommons will be located in Lobby B of the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, near the entrance to the ALA store (Level One, by the shoe shine guy; Shine 'Em UP!!).

What's the motto translate as? As has been the story all my life, I apologise profusely for going to a state school where latin wasn't taught...
@omil "we know what you read -and we're not saying". obv' was being too subtle...
James,
Did not know you work in libraries--I'm in public libraries myself. Hope an increased awareness of aesthetics becomes the norm in the field. Keep up the good work!
(re. the motto)
