Am just now hearing about Jim Dow; respected photographer from the Boston area and lecturer at Tufts University and School of the Museum of Fine Arts who has created a large body of work dealing with America and concepts of Americana and change. His latest book is American Studies.

These could be a jumping off point for discussions on change, consumerism, age, loss... Admission; I am not really qualified to speak about photography academically, especially when friends are lecturers at MassArt and the Museum school... But this stuff is right in my wheelhouse -brought to my attention by the Nina from powerHouse Books. Thx.
