It is overcast in Boston and cold in the office. Smashed my toe on the kid's bedpost so roomy workboots are on. The best when it starts to cool off and you can put boots back on... Some pics from British label Universal Works for this fall -makes you want to head doon the pub immediately haha. That blue sweatshirt is nails -sucker for elbow patches I guess.

From their blurb; "It's about good honest menswear... There is no great vision or message, no target markets, just garments for everyone..." That speaks to me as the literal definition of their name... Universal Works. Not making a fuss, just ticking all the boxes.


Head man David Keyte had released images from their S/S 2010 already but Oi Polloi has more (knit work jacket #cosign, more madras, and nice work shirts). This is about as close to a scoop as I get... Sucker for chambray, so that blazer might be a way to replace my blanket_lined_denims in summertime.
