Jacket: Bemidji Lil' Paul Bunyan Jacket
Skully: RAW beanie; carve, slash, grind.
Dungarees: Roundhouse. Dungarees may seem cute and all for kids, but sort of a pain to deal with to be honest... Good in hard times when it comprises your whole outfit... no need for shirt or anything else.
Shirt: Cotton, oxford cloth type from LLBean.
Shoes: Hush Puppies. Bridgeport.
Bookbag: Have an old, small EMS but not big enough for lunch/cars/pens/etc. The kid chose a standard issue LLBean.

I guess you can only dress him in your old stuff for so long. Now you probably have a 30 year lull, and then he'll be interested again.
