The label for Magic Hat's spring lager, Vinyl, was created by Phish poster-boy (literally, I mean he illustrated their posters) Jim Pollock. This is an amber lager, not gold. Slightly fuller/heavier than "spring lager" would suggest. A limited poster run based on the image/label above is expected to follow with the proceeds to support the Waterwheel Foundation. Had some this week [while writing this in fact -ed.] #goodstuff. Burlington, VT (home of Magic Hat and launchpad town for Phish for those just joining) is HQ for a bunch of design&marketing brains so more media will likely follow.

Thanks for the tip. May warrant a mud season run to the brewery to get a few jugs straight from the source.
Saw this and so wanted to try it. The label was obviuosly the pull for me. Great info on it.
Just picked some of this up. Total sucker for the word "spring" on the label. Tasty.
