Keep futzing around with 2 or 3 frying pans on the stove making pancakes, time to pony up for a double-burner-covering griddle. Doesn't have to be Lodge, (but the fatty grease trap on the edge is clutch) just want one. Can use it to make 4 grilled cheeses at the same time too. Have always wanted a press though as below. Speed up those sausage patties...
