Joe Casely-Hayford [creative director of Gieves&Hawkes] experimented with shoes and shotgun shells until he found the perfect buckshot pattern. The resulting pattern was transferred to a computer which then adapted the asymmetrical pattern to left and right shoes. It debuted in the F/W06 line.
