Post and beam clubhouse. Where I blog. Vermont HQ. The bear head on that rug does not scare the kids amazingly, they love it. The bookshelf lights were from Restoration Hardware, great for illuminating antlers. 2 globes are the way to go. Everybody sports "1" globe... Bonus points if it is old enough to have pre-independence names for countries and cities.

Lunchtime posts get created out on the porch. The crack of a pop-top calls the horses down from the upper field. You can hear the logging trucks heading down the long hill; jake brakes blowing loud.

Might ruminate on which fruit pies to fill the tin-chest behind, or whip up a 10e logo based on a vintage dairy bottle. That kind of thing. The green chaise lounge behind is where our first dog died. Never giving that away. [that part is true -ed.]
Snowshoes are up high, within reach. Inspiring. Robin's egg blue ceiling natch.

In all seriousness, there is an actual site called
Where I Blog that has featured two 10e aquaintances; proper crisp photos and a look into their lives. Good stuff.
