Have 2 interviews to complete this weekend; an oral history project on the Three Clock Inn in southern Vermont. Early morning interviews then turn and burn to get up on the mountain with the boy. Since I am speaking to chefs will have to bring a case of IBK (international beer of kitchens) as a thank you.
