The gent cuts me off, "what is eggs royale?"
His lady jumps in w/o missing a beat, "with ChEesE!" Class.

That is classic. Vivid memories still of my saturday and sunday morning brunch shifts at work. Easily served 150-200 of these suckers each morning. (Eggs Royale has smoked salmon, just for thos who are interested!)
